Template 1: Appointment Confirmation (Email)

Write an appointment confirmation email for a [business type] in [city]. 
The client has booked [describe: appointment type, duration]. Include:
- Date and time placeholders ([Date] and [Time])
- Address or location
- Cancellation policy ([X] hours notice required)
- Any "what to bring" or "what to expect" notes: [describe]

Tone: warm, professional. Under 120 words. Include a subject line.

Template 2: Appointment Confirmation (SMS-length)

Write an SMS-length appointment confirmation for a [business type]. 
The client has booked [appointment type] on [Date] at [Time] at [Location]. 
Include a contact number for questions or cancellations.

Under 160 characters. Warm and clear.

Template 3: 24-Hour Reminder (Email)

Shorter than the original confirmation — just the essentials.

Template 4: 24-Hour Reminder (SMS-length)

Under 130 characters. Friendly, direct.

Template 5: Rescheduling Request — You Initiate

Write an email asking a client to reschedule an appointment that was

or omit reason]. Offer [X] alternative time options as placeholders.

Tone: apologetic but professional — acknowledge the inconvenience, 
don't over-explain. Under 90 words. Include a subject line.

Template 6: Rescheduling Response — Client Initiated

Write a response to a client who has asked to reschedule their appointment. 
Their original booking was for [date/time]. I want to accommodate them graciously 
and offer [X] alternative time slots as placeholders.

Tone: warm and welcoming — make them feel comfortable, not guilty. 
Under 70 words. This is a reply, no subject line needed.

Template 7: Cancellation with Rebooking Offer
